Since Dr. Costa wants lunch anchored on workdays, go for the chicken bowl now - your skipped-lunch days keep ending in big, uncomfortable dinners.

Thinking pasta arrabbiata tonight after the gym - cool?

7:04 PM

Timing matters more than the pasta here. Before 7:30 at a moderate portion - go for it. But your four late pasta dinners this month all ended rough, so if it's landing after 8:30, the chicken bowl is the safer call tonight.

Practitioner questions

Is Aloe medical advice?

No. Aloe never gives medical advice - it doesn’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it makes no medical claims in anything it says to your client. It’s a wellness and coaching tool: it coaches food and daily habits inside the protocol you wrote, and gives you a live, structured window into how your client is doing between sessions - like a food diary, but continuous and in their own words. And it doesn’t replace you: it exists to give you better data and a clearer read on what’s working and what isn’t, so you can tune the care. Clinical judgment stays yours.

Do I have to monitor my clients in real time?

No - and the product is built so you never feel like you should. Aloe does the daily watching; you get a two-minute Ask-Aloe summary before a visit, and the full timeline is there when you choose to go deeper. There’s no inbox to keep up with and nothing that requires a reply from you. Most partners open the dashboard before appointments, not between them - all the detail is available, and Aloe flags anything that needs your attention.

Who owns the client’s data?

The client. They grant your practice view-only access during onboarding and can revoke it any time from inside Aloe. We never share their data with anyone they haven’t explicitly approved. You see what they let you see, for as long as they let you see it.

Why not just use MyFitnessPal exports or my practice-management food journal?

Those tools give you static data your client has to remember to fill in. Aloe is the opposite - a daily AI coach your client actually wants to use, that you steer with the plan you write for them. The dashboard you see is the byproduct of them using it. Aloe sits next to your practice software, not on top of it.

Can I shape when and how Aloe checks in with my clients?

You shape the plan, and the plan runs the check-ins. Your guidance reshapes the client’s working plan, and the plan sets when Aloe checks in each day and what each answer is meant to isolate - “how did dinner sit?” during an elimination week, energy at the afternoon slump. Every answer lands in your dashboard timeline, in the client’s own words.

Will my clients actually use it - or ghost between visits like every other app?

Two things separate Aloe from the apps clients drop: (1) Aloe replies in real time after every meal, so logging gives them something back immediately - not just data that disappears into your dashboard, and (2) the coaching is yours, in your voice. Aloe’s job is to be the app your client opens because they want to, not because you nag them. If a referred client does go cold, you’ll see it in your dashboard the same day - not a month later at the next visit.

What do my clients pay?

One simple plan: $19.99/month, cancel anytime. They’re linked to your practice from day one, and there are no annual tiers to explain in-session. That’s the entire price - your practice pays nothing, ever.

How does the revenue share work?

Connected clients are on one plan - $19.99/month - and your practice’s share is 30% of the net revenue on each of them: about $5 per client per month, roughly $60 per client per year, for as long as they stay. Payouts go out monthly via Stripe or direct deposit with a per-client breakdown.

What if a client cancels their subscription?

You stop earning on that client from the moment they cancel or disconnect from your practice. Past payouts are yours to keep. If they resubscribe while connected to your practice - or reconnect later - you start earning on them again.

Do I need to disclose the referral revenue to clients?

Yes. We require partners to disclose the arrangement, the same way Fullscript-prescribing practitioners disclose dispensary commissions - a plain sentence when you recommend Aloe keeps you compliant with FTC and professional-body guidance, and makes the relationship one your client opts into knowingly. Registered dietitians should also review their licensing board’s specific affiliate-disclosure language; coaches, naturopaths, and trainers operate under lighter constraints.

Do I need to be licensed?

Not required. Aloe partners include dietitians, naturopaths, functional-medicine practitioners, nutritionists, health coaches, and trainers - if you guide clients on food and lifestyle, the program fits. Enrollment is open, with no application wait: create your account and share your invite link the same day.
